We offer trauma informed yoga sessions focusing on injury prevention and chronic injury recovery for individuals at all levels. Each session will be tailored to your needs, utilising various yoga modalities such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga.
Each private session is designed to complement your well-being plans.

In general, a Sports Kinesiology session consists of a 10-15 minutes consultation followed by the relevant postural assessment (if applicable) and treatment with clients on a table. Clients are recommended to wear comfortable clothing.
Common treatment techniques can include acupressure points (no needling), neurovascular holding points, moxibustion and cupping therapy.
